Le “Goûter”
Gourmet and friendly, “le Goûter” takes on a Belgian accent at Smakelijk.
Pastry chef Julien Beaulieu has created two versions of the famous waffle: one from Liège - soft with sugar pearls - and one from Brussels - crispy and light with a vanilla flavor.
With a sweet or savory topping, it's impossible to resist.

Brussels waffle with chocolate coulis and homemade whipped cream
Or Liège waffle with soft caramel fleur de sel, homemade whipped cream and spéculos chips.
Savoury selection - €19
Brussels waffle with aubergine caviar, pickles, pomegranate and feta cheese
Or with smoked salmon, dried apricot and citrus chutney, salmon roe and chive cream.
Each option includes a hot or iced/ frappe drink: tea, coffee or chocolate.
